PEEP THROUGH IT !!
Hello Everyone, Today I am going to share some general points about how to stay motivated or how to get going !!
We often go through issues like "stress, pressure, depression, sadness" etc. The list goes on we heal ourselves for some time while at the next moment we encounter the same things. Many Problems one common point/solution is Expectation, it's either people from us or ours for someone, something.
Going to share some points which may help you to come out of the issue. It's more of Implementing than reading and forgetting it...
1. Meditation/Yoga/Gym
Start doing anyone and it's not necessary that you perform it at a particular time whenever you get the time just do it. Though maintain a proper interval gap between your food schedule. It all starts with your health so your primary concern should be health.
Make someone your ideal it can be anyone as making someone your ideal will help you to acquire his/her learnings in a productive way for a better result. and in my personal suggestion who can be best besides him "The Missile Man Of India".
3. Army/Defence Service People's
Feeling low anytime just think about them in what tough situations they and their families are in, without worrying about themselves they are there for us. I'm not saying our problems are not there and are less but in front of them is nothing so give yourself a boost and start working for your success.
4. Religion
Today's generations are so technology oriented that they are forgetting about their religion some people even don't know their religious history. our ancient history and religion have much more power and solutions to all our problems, so do have some time for it too when you are tensed and not getting the solution to follow the god and goodness will follow, I'm talking about all religions, not any specific religion in general.
5. Family Members
Some people are in the materialistic love that they even forget about their family members. once their love gets ended they think it ends for them but do remember family is the first thing then comes these things, so spend time with your family members have some learning with them and any time when you feel low just remember your family that you are doing all this for them and a sudden spark will come surely.
PS: Try reading books as they are great friends of humans and at the same time teach you many things, some of the above points I may have shared with you before but it remains the same.do point out any other points if you have..will be happy reading it !! have a good day !!
